Santa Baby

Reagan wasn't scared at all of Santa - her expression didn't change much before, during, or after the photo was taken. Ellie wasn't with us at the time (she was on a date night with grandma Kanet watching Tangled at the theater) but she has told me several times that she does not want to sit on Santa's lap. So we didn't even try with her.
